The responsibilities of student members shall be the following:

1. To abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the AYC Constitution.
2. To attend a minimum of 60% of all meetings during the academic calendar.
3. To attend or volunteer at a minimum of 50% of all activities, events, and initiatives during the academic calendar.

Each club may have a maximum of two Liaisons, but each club counts as one vote. The responsibilities of each club shall be the following:

1. To abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the AYC Constitution.
2. The club liaison must attend at least 70% of all club meetings. This is with the exception of excused absence, unless deemed excessive by the Executive Board or the Advisors.
3. The club as a whole must contribute to or participate in at least 40% of all AYC events and initiatives, to the extent and in consideration with what their schools will allow them.

The Executive Team leads the organization, manages communications, finances, outreach, and publicity, and ensures AYC provides mentorship, community engagement, and leadership opportunities for Armenian youth. Official positions are coming soon!
